Dr Zee Arain MBBS – Monash University, MPHTM – James Cook University, FRACGP – Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Zee Arain is a General Practitioner with over 20 years of experience across emergency medicine, general practice, medical education, concussion research, nutrition, weight management, and musculoskeletal care. He has a special interest in sports and musculoskeletal medicine and has worked extensively with elite athletes and professional teams.
Dr Arain served as head doctor for the Melbourne Football Club in the AFL from 2012 to 2020 as well as assistant doctor at the Melbourne Storm NRL team. He has also supported the Malaysian track cycling team and continues to consult for Waverley Gymnastics Club and Basketball Victoria.
He has received training in interventional pain techniques from both local and international experts and performs procedures at Monash House Private Hospital. His holistic approach to care focuses on helping patients manage pain and regain independence.
