Tomas graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Physiotherapy Practice.
Tomas takes pride in utilising a combination of evidence-based exercise rehab principles and hands-on techniques specific to each patient’s needs, no matter if it is a shoulder, knee, back or neck complaint.
He strives to empower patients by educating them about their condition and by aligning each treatment session to help achieve their goals.
As a failed athlete himself, previously competing in high-level basketball and athletics, Tomas has an interest in working within sporting environments and supporting athletes throughout their injury or pre/post-operative rehabilitation journey. However, Tomas is also passionate about fostering life-long movement for those from all walks of life.
Over recent years, Tomas has provided treatment to North Melbourne Football Club’s VFL and AFL men’s teams, as well as worked with West Coast Eagles AFLW team. He also has experience working at a local level in the NFNL (Northern Football Netball League).
Earlier this year Tomas worked as a Volunteer Physiotherapist in Phnom Penh (Cambodia), where he worked at an orphanage helping children with severe musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Outside of work, you’ll find Tomas having a long macchiato with friends, playing squash or exploring beaches.
