What is Neurological Physiotherapy?
Neurological Physiotherapy is a subgroup of Physiotherapy, also known as Neurophysio. It consists of rehabilitation interventions aimed at improving neuromuscular conditions and neurological disorders for individuals with progressive or degenerative diseases. Both adults and children benefit greatly from neurophysio including those with acute flare ups.
There are several challenges faced by suffers of neuromuscular conditions including difficulty with walking, arm and hand functions, dizziness, balance issues, posture and pain.
The aim of Neurophysio is to maximise the individual’s participation in life, focusing on improving independence and self-determination.

Dianne has worked at Bounce for an extended period of time working with various neurological patients of various levels from complex to mild conditions.
Dianne can be seen with combined care with the physiotherapist or with individual care. Individual care also can be more productive when it comes to NDIS funding as AHA can attract a lesser fee per each session which can extended or prolong therapy. Contact us for more information
