Josh Wilson

Josh is a physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people return to their optimal health and performance through high-quality patient care.

Josh completed his studies at La Trobe University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Masters in Physiotherapy Practice.

Josh has a keen interest in working with athletes from all sports, helping them to recover from all types of injuries so that they can return to playing at their highest level. Utilising hands-on treatment and evidence-based rehabilitation, Josh focuses on getting athletes back to peak performance safely and efficiently so that they can recover stronger and have positive long-term outcomes.

Whilst he has a strong passion for working with athletes, Josh also enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds to recover from various injuries and improve their overall well-being. He places a great focus on ensuring that people get the support that they need to return to their optimal level of health and prevent ongoing issues in the future.

Josh also has experience working in the sporting setting, having worked with Oakleigh AFC for the last 4 years, spending the last 2 years as the Head Physiotherapist and Sports Trainer. Working in this setting has provided Josh with extensive experience in treating a wide range of sports-related injuries, from acute injuries to complex long-term injuries, it allows him to ensure that athletes receive the highest level of care.

Josh has a strong passion for watching and playing all kinds of sports. He particularly enjoys playing basketball and golf in his free time.
